We would like to start off by saying Thank You to all of our existing clients who continue to support our business, as well as welcoming all the new clients to Kuzz Kreations! we hold high standards, We thrive on excellent customer service, professionalism, as well as performance based culture. We are known to be one of the most prestigious salons in the nation and will give you great service, to the best of our abilities. Our doors will always be open for business should you choose to give our salon a try. We pride ourselves on providing quality service to all our clients. To ensure that we are able to provide you with the best service, we have implemented the following terms and conditions. Thank you and we look forward to having you in our Salon!

Honouring time

Many of our guests have busy schedules. We want to respect your valuable time with an efficient and relaxing experience. Our stylists have carefully choreographed their schedule to fit in your service at a relaxed, rejuvenating pace.

Arriving

We kindly ask that all clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow proper check-int time, and so we may answer any questions before your services start. Failure to arrive on time may result in having to reschedule your appointment. We highly recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.

We understand "life happens". If you are running late by 15 minutes or more, please call us. We will try our best to accommodate you. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your service(s) will be performed that day or performed in full. It may also result in an incomplete service and affect the quality of your service, as well as affect the other clients scheduled that day. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
Please keep all valuable items with you during your service.
Please advise our staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.
If for any reason you are uncomfortable with the service provided you have received, we can made another time available for you.
No pets are allowed in the salon.

Arriving Late

Please give yourself extra time to park downtown so you can arrive ready to go. Due to a full schedule and subsequent appointments, it may not be possible to complete your full service if you arrive late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice will result in full payment owing, and re-booking your appointment at a different time.

Change or Cancellation

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice. Please note, in the event that you do not provide the necessary 24 hours cancellation notice or "no show" for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of minimum $25. Your deposits are non-refundable if you miss or cancel your appointment.

This policy is in place out of respect for our hair artists and clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent another client from being able to schedule into that time slot.

In the event you "no-show" two consecutive appointments, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.

Children Safety policy

To ensure the quality comfort that we created here in the Salon environment, where our guests can relax and indulge in our services, we kindly request that, if possible, you make arrangements to refrain children under the age of 12 years old within the salon. We apologize for any inconveniences.

We understand how challenging it is to make time for yourself and that your “me time” does not always align with your hair appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon, as it poses a safety issue. Children are ONLY permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. Also, young children in car seats/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. We also do not want to compromise the salon experience for our clients.

In the event you must bring a child into the salon, please provide sufficient supervision. If they are able to sit quietly and be unsupervised, they may wait in the provided seating area.

Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.

While this policy helps ensure that all clients enjoy a relaxing and comfortable salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. We hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment and we greatly appreciate your compliance with our child safety policy.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management. Please note that all prices listed are a base price. Prices can vary depending on hair length, texture, level of Stylist, and/or creative process. Pricing will be discussed in more detail during the consultation on the day of appointment.

Return & Refund Policy

All products and services are FINAL SALE. At Kuzz Kreations Hair | Beauty Salon, your happiness is our main priority. We do not refund any products or services, but we will exchange unopened packages for any other product in salon. All our services are guaranteed, as such we provide you with a two week window to guarantee your satisfaction. Please keep in mind, that your redo service MUST be done with the stylist who originally did your hair (unless otherwise authorized by the management).

MasterCard,
E-transfer and Cash.
Unfortunately we do not accept American Express, Debit/Interac or Check. Also, our only method to accept tips at the moment is Cash.
